Terms and Conditions
NON-BINDING TRIAL is possible for goods you are not sure will fit you (e.g., jackets or shoes). We particularly recommend this for shoes. Meeting can be arranged in Chomutov or Prague. If personal handover is not convenient for you, it is not a problem to exchange the non-fitting goods for another size or get a refund.
DELIVERY TIME: Goods are dispatched after payment to the delivery address provided by you, or it is possible to send it as a COD (Cash on Delivery) shipment (the delivery method must be selected when ordering the goods). We usually send the goods on the day of the order or the next day. Delivery time by the Czech Post is 1 to 3 days. You can choose to pay extra for express delivery within the next working day (Parcel to Hand) or delivery on Saturdays and public holidays (EMS).
Goods that are not in stock can usually be re-ordered. If you are interested, please send us an email (info@hellrider.cz).

General Terms and Conditions for Purchasing in this Online Store
Definition of Terms:

Consumer contract - a purchase contract, a work contract, or other contracts according to the Civil Code, where the contracting parties are, on one side, the consumer and, on the other side, the supplier or seller.

Supplier/seller - a person who, when entering into and fulfilling a contract, acts within their business or other entrepreneurial activity. It is a business entity that directly supplies the buyer with products or provides services through other entrepreneurs.

Consumer (buyer) - a person who, when entering into and fulfilling a contract, does not act within their business or other entrepreneurial activity. It is a natural or legal person who purchases products or uses services for purposes other than business with these products or services.
Conclusion of the Purchase Contract:
All offers of goods placed in the web interface of the store are non-binding, and the seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase contract for these goods.
The submitted order by the buyer is a proposal for a purchase contract, and the binding confirmation of the order by the seller creates a purchase contract between the seller and the customer (consumer).
Order Cancellation:
- The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or its part in the following cases:
- The goods have already been sold out, are no longer available, or no longer produced, and it is not possible to deliver them.
- The sales price or product designation in the e-shop contains an error or typo, and the buyer does not accept the corrected purchase price or specification of the goods or their variants.
- The price of the goods from the supplier has significantly changed, and the buyer does not accept the price change.
- The seller has the right to cancel the order if the buyer provides incorrect or incomplete contact details.

In the event of such a situation, the seller will promptly contact the customer to agree on further steps. If the buyer has already paid part or the entire amount of the purchase price, this amount will be refunded to their bank account or sent to their address according to their instructions.

The buyer can cancel the order at any time if it has not been dispatched yet (not handed over for transport). The order cancellation can be made by email or phone by the seller.
Price Validity:
Prices are valid at the time of the order. If there is an unexpected and significant change in prices from the supplier, the supplier will inform the buyer about the price change before shipping the goods. If the buyer does not agree with the price change, the supplier has the right to cancel the order.
Despite our efforts to provide maximum accuracy of data and prices for the goods in the e-shop, errors or typos may occur in the large amount of information presented, such as technical specifications, description, images (images are for informative purposes), offered variants of goods, product prices, or other data related to the goods. Therefore, we do not guarantee the factual accuracy of the content on the e-shop website, and we reserve the right to errors and typos and the right to update data for goods in the e-shop without prior notice.
Personal Data Protection:
The operator of the online store undertakes not to provide your business data to any third party. Necessary personal data will only be provided to the carrier (name, address, possibly phone number). Your data will be secured and used according to the law, only for communication between the seller and the buyer.
Goods Receipt:
WE RECOMMEND! When taking over a shipment delivered by a carrier, perform an external check of the shipment. In the case of external damage to the shipment, do not accept the shipment from the carrier. Create a complaint protocol with the carrier and send a copy by email to the address info@hellrider.cz. If you decide to accept the damaged goods, you expose yourself to the possibility that, in case of any subsequent complaint, the seller may prove based on the signed transport document that the shipment was undamaged from the outside when accepted. The responsibility for the completeness and undamaged delivery lies with the supplier. Together with the goods, the buyer will also receive an invoice (tax document), which also serves as a warranty receipt.
