Fits: 1997-2013 Harley Touring models with the fixed mount or the detachable mounts.  

May also be adapted to newer racks with modifications (drill new holes*)

• Made of Molded ABS plastic
• Black Back Panel with Red reflective stripe on the bottom
• Chrome Finish Lock w/ Two keys, Chrome latches
• Chrome Top Rail included
